FormCheck

FormCheck is a generic script which will check and verify that mandatory fields are filled in before form submission. If one or more of the required fields are empty. A popup dialog will appear showing the omitted fields.

Installation Directions

Step 1: Copy and paste the following code to the BODY section of your page

Step 2: Add the name of the mandatory field to the fieldRequired array and its description to the fieldDescription array. The name must be the same as the value of the name attribute in the <input> tag

Step 3: Add the onsubmit event handler to the <form> tag, for example:
